Problem Statement
KodakMoments aims to uphold its film photography heritage by supporting customers, but currently suffers from a significant lack of active connection and engagement between the company and its customer base. This disconnect hinders its mission to truly champion the analogue photography community on their behalf.

Solution
To bridge this gap, KodakMoments proposes the "Kodak Experience Retail" space. This hub combines a networking cafe, a camera trade/rental market, and workshops (like darkroom and leather craft), offering a one-stop solution. It creates value through expert guidance, reliable gear access, experimentation spaces, and networking, while relieving customer pains by providing professional camera repair/rental services and authentic product sourcing under one roof.
